It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is correct in your KoinLoot account.

Please note, you can't change or update the email address on your account to an email address that's already registered with a KoinLoot Account.

7.Do you have a Mobile App?

KoinLoot does not currently have a mobile app but we are always working on new features and have plans to launch a native mobile app as soon as possible! Although we do recommend complete offers on desktop for the best user experience.

You can contact our support team at helpdesk@koinloot.com with your correct wallet address as soon as you realize that the wallet address was wrongly entered. Please Note: If we have and approved your request and processed the delivery then we can not help you for the wrong payment address. We request you to please double check your wallet address when requesting a withdrawal.

11.Can I submit the same proof of completion more than once to claim different Cryptocurrency rewards?

Submitting fake proof of completion and the same proof again and again to claim for other crypto rewards is strictly prohibited. Your account will be blocked/suspended for doing fraud and we will revoke your right to use the KoinLoot Service.

14.How long does it take to receive my Cryptocurrency Reward in my wallet?

You have another rewards-based app installed - If you have another rewards-based extension or app installed on your browser, you may not be properly rewarded with your Crypto. To ensure that you are properly rewarded, please disable other rewards based extensions or apps before completing the purchase.

You used a VPN or proxy to access an offer or survey.

The advertiser of the offer met their daily or monthly spending budget before you completed the offer.

You used a virtual credit card instead of a standard credit card.

You completed the offer too quickly compared to other users. This looks suspicious to advertisers.

The offer or survey may have experienced a technical issue which prevented your credit from being recorded.

You have not whitelisted https://www.koinloot.com/ on your ad blocker - If you have an ad blocker installed on your browser, it may interfere with your ability to earn crypto back using KoinLoot. Please either add https://www.koinloot.com/ to your ad blocker's whitelist or temporarily disable your ad blocker to ensure that cashback is properly rewarded.

Many stores only offer rewards for certain categories. For example, shoes may be eligible for reward, but shirts will not be. Please make sure to check the terms and conditions for each store before completing your purchase.

If you have been an honest user, you have nothing to worry about, your crypto reward will be delivered successfully to your desired wallet address.

16.Why is my account blocked/suspended?

If your account status is "Suspended" this means we have detected unusual or fraudulent activity on your account. You are submitting fake, invalid information or duplicate receipts details. You are cancelling the order or asking for a refund from our advertising partners after completing their offer to just get your free crypto reward. You are not following our website rules, terms and conditions. Spam, plagiarism and posting the same content more than once is strictly prohibited.
