3.What do I do if I don't receive an email verification/confirmation email after sign up?

You should receive a verification email from KoinLoot within 5-10 minutes after signing up for a KoinLoot account.

If you still don't receive the verification email in your Inbox, please try first checking the spam or junk folder of your email and also try checking the spelling of the email address you created the account ith us.

If that also doesn't work, just send us a verification request at our email: helpdesk@koinloot.com from the email address you created your KoinLoot account, with the word "Verify" in the subject line. Our support team will check and activate the account as soon as possible.

Additionally, you should also add helpdesk@koinloot.com to your trusted/safe sender's list to prevent any of our future emails from getting caught up in your spam filter.

6.Can I create more than one account to earn more?

You are allowed to register and use just one account per user. If you register more than 1 account, we will disable all your accounts! It is strictly prohibited to use multi accounts. A user can be both, a Worker and an Employer at the same time.

7.How do I make sure my tasks are approved?

You should only accept jobs which you are capable of finishing as per task instructions. If you think you cannot deliver the job, don't do it! Accepting a job and submitting a false proof will raise flags that will lead to account termination if it occurs regularly.

Each task has its own criteria for approval listed in the task description. Follow that and you'll stand a high chance of getting approved every time. The best way to get approved is to simply follow the instructions carefully :)

8.My completed task has been rated as Not Satisfied by the Employer. What should I do?

It is entirely up to the employer as to whether or not a task is eligible for credit based on information they receive from your proof. The most common reasons for rejections are not following task instructions or violating the guidelines or submitting false/invalid proof or submitting proof images that are blurry, duplicates or fake that have already been submitted or if they didn't fit the criteria for the task. Surveys may be rejected for answers that are too short or irrelevant. We request you to please read the task instructions carefully before accepting and submitting job proof..

If you still believe you have been misrated for a job that is properly completed, let us know at helpdesk@koinloot.com with all relevant details like job title, job link, proof you submitted and we will look into the issue and contact the employer on your behalf. If you have been an honest user, you have nothing to worry about, your crypto reward will be delivered to you successfully. KoinLoot will maintain a fair approach in dealing with work disputes and will be looking after what is best for both Employers and Workers.

9.Where can I view my Total Earnings and account activity?

You can view your Total Earnings on My Earnings Page at: https://www.koinloot.com/jobs/myEarnings.

If you want to view your earning history of every task and withdrawal history, click on the My Earnings tab from the top menu. The page will display a dashboard which will show your all earned cryptocurrency balances and detailed earning and withdrawal history. To view your withdrawal history, click on the Withdrawal History tab in the dashboard. All withdrawals with the corresponding Date, Currency, Amount, Transaction ID and Status will be listed in the page.

10.What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

When you click on the “Withdraw” button of the respective coin, it specifies the minimum withdrawal limit for that coin. You will be able to withdraw once you reach the required minimum amount.

11.Why is there a minimum withdrawal limit?

We set a minimum withdrawal limit due to transaction costs associated with transferring coins/tokens. If the withdrawal limits were lower; more of your withdrawal would go towards transaction fees.

12.Are there any fees for withdrawing any coin?

No. At this time, you will NOT be charged any withdrawal fees for your coin withdrawals.

13.How can I withdraw my earnings?

It's easy! Just follow these steps:

In order to withdraw your earnings, click on the 'Withdraw' button of the respective coin that you would like to Withdraw from.

A Pop-Up form will appear when you click on the 'Withdraw' button where you can type or paste the destination wallet address of the respective coin (Cross check the destination address carefully) and enter the coin amount you want to withdraw from your available balance and click on the Request button. We will review your request and process the withdrawal within 7 days, usually much sooner. We provide Transaction ID with every payment to your respective coin wallet address so that you can view and monitor the payment on the respective blockchain.

⚠️ Important: Always check the destination wallet address carefully. If you enter the wrong destination address or enter the destination address of the wrong coin, it will be lost forever and there is nothing we can do.

14.What if I have entered a wrong wallet address while withdrawing my coin?

Note: We CAN NOT help you if you entered the wrong payment address, please double check it when requesting a withdrawal.

When will I receive my withdraw request?

First, congrats on withdrawing! We try to send payments as quickly as possible, processing them daily, but it can take up to 7 business days. Payments are not sent instantly because staff have to review your account and its activity to verify you completed offers in good faith and our advertisers have no questions/issues with your activity. If a payment has been pending for over 7 business days you can email us to inquire about it as it may be placed on Hold. Help us combat fraud and get you your cryptocurrency quicker by filling out the options on the Settings->Trust page.

Reasons a Payment could be delayed longer than 7 business days

Large backlog of orders to process.

Delay in receiving payment from advertisers (Remember we are only able to buy cryptocurrency/rewards because the advertisers pay us).

You completed a high point offer that requires more time to verify the advertiser will pay us

You completed high risk offers such as those involving making purchases or payment information which require longer to fully validate.

Flagged for potential site rule violations.

Advertisers flagged your account for suspicious activity -Received multiple reversals from Advertisers

Advertisers want more time to verify completions Because we payout real money in the form of cryptocurrency there will always be people trying to game the system so to ensure a great experience for everyone we work closely with our advertisers and a third-party fraud/abuse prevention service. 15.My Withdrawal status is showing pending or in review - what does that mean?

If your withdrawal status is showing "Pending" or in "Review" then there is no need to open a ticket. All withdrawal requests are marked as Pending while they await processing. All payments are sent within 7 days, usually much sooner under normal circumstances. Sometimes this process can take longer if we are experiencing a high payment volume. We do our best to pay promptly but appreciate your patience when we have slight delays.

When payment is done successfully, you will see it marked as Approved with Transaction ID of that particular blockchain.

16.I see the payment has been Approved on the Withdrawal History page with Txn ID but it's not showing up in my wallet?

Crypto payments require a certain amount of confirmations in order to show up in your wallet. Most wallets wait at least 3 confirmations before showing up the coins. Each Confirmation usually takes 10 minutes on average (but can take more or less). We request you to please have patience and track the payment Transaction ID on the respective blockchain. You will receive the payment soon.

17.What do I do if I don't receive my payment?

If you experience a longer delay in processing payment, usually more than 10 days, it means we have detected unusual or fraudulent activity on your account and your account is held for review. This can happen for a number of reasons, like you are using more than one account, using proxy or not visiting the advertisement properly or closing the ad without seeing it.

If you have been an honest user and have not been abusing the KoinLoot website, you have nothing to worry about and your payment will be reviewed and released, usually in 24-72 hours.

Please do not open a ticket if your payment is under review or pending! The Review process is routine, and we work through all reviews as fast as we can.

Occasionally our payment systems require maintenance, updates or simply need funds to be added (which can take time). We do our best to pay promptly but appreciate your patience when we have slight delays.

18.Why is my account blocked/suspended?

If your account status is "Suspended" this means we have detected unusual or fraudulent activity on your account and we are holding your payment until we can do an in depth manual review. Suspended accounts are evaluated on a case-by-case basis—if your payment is Held, please open a ticket. If you have been an honest user, you have nothing to worry about and we can straighten it out with you.

Do not try to make up excuses for the unusual activity on your account - we have heard them all and will see right through them. The best thing you can do is be honest with us. We are people too and we will understand.
